Don't get too excited; there's not all that much here. Just as audio and video recordings of Phred Phlegm and the Spit-Tunes are rare, there is also very little written history of the band. However, we have dredged up a couple of newspaper reviews and one old newspaper advertisement featuring the band, and we're pleased to present the information here. A few points: 1. One or two of these articles don't just talk about Phred Phlegm and the Spit-Tunes, but about other groups, too. Be patient. 2. We changed all the unrelated names. Relax. 3. Don't believe everything you read. Some of the "facts" do not jibe with fans' and band members' recollections. 4.
